Kalita’s primary focus on manufacturing has been unchanged: to create products that are “Made in Japan.” They believe authentic Japanese products feature fine quality, precision, and functional beauty, so they use materials from Japan or utilize the technique of the traditional Japanese arts in their products.

In 2016, Espresso Parts, a worldwide leader in cafe supply and distribution, joined forces with Kalita Japan to further introduce and improve the distribution of Kalita products into the USA.

A New Chapter: Kalita in the USA

In 2022, we proudly established NGU Exclusive LLC, headquartered in Kenmore, to serve as the official and exclusive distributor of Kalita products throughout the United States. This milestone marked a new chapter in Kalita's journey, extending our commitment to Japanese craftsmanship and precision directly to American baristas, cafés, and home brewers. Since that day, NGU Exclusive LLC has been responsible for the production oversight and distribution of authentic Kalita products across the USA, ensuring every customer receives the same uncompromising quality that has defined Kalita since 1958. We remain dedicated to building on this legacy, one cup at a time.
